For us accreditations carry great value because gaining and regaining them means undergoing close scrutiny from the accrediting institutions and having to take a hard look at all facets of our own organization. It is a long and frequently painstaking, but ultimately very rewarding process that ensures we remain ahead of the curve when it comes to delivering an exceptional educational experience.

As a result, the International School of Hamburg is proud to be an International Primary Curriculum School (IPC) and an International Baccalaureate World School (IB) with the authorisation to deliver the Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).

We also feel honored to be accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and the Council of International Schools (CIS).

ISH is an active member of the European Council of International Schools (ECIS) and the Northwest European Council of International Schools (NECIS).

Not least, ISH is also a member of the Association of German International Schools (AGIS).
